CCNSG 2 day Safety Passport course
Course aims:
The course will provide all participants with the required skills and knowledge to be aware of safety hazards.
It will enable them to understand and carry out safe working practices so to improve the safety of themselves, colleagues and support their company’s commitment to safety.
The Course is the starting point for anybody wanting to work in heavy industry in United Kingdom.
The Content of the Course:
- Introduction to Health and Safety Law and Work Permits.
- Safe working practices.
- Safe access and egress.
- Accident and first aid procedures.
- Fire precautions and procedures.
- Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH). Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Safe manual handling.
- A working knowledge and practical demonstration.
- Noise at Work Regulations.
- Safe working — cranes and lifting equipment.
- Safety working excavations.
- Environmental awareness
Course duration: 2 days
- Time: 8:30 - 16.00 (This can be altered should the client wish to)
- Venue: A venue is availible at all times. The course can be however held in Venue of client’s choice, in UK or Poland.
- Number of participants: Maximum 16 persons
- Exam requiriements: 16/20 in all papers will be required, where one re-sit is possible.
